LIVE CALLIGRAPHY EVENTS
Joy offers live calligraphy and engraving for PR events, brand activations, trade shows, conferences and other special events. Event rates start at $200.00 (CAD) per hour and could increase based on expected volume, lettering surface, special materials, and travel. Joy provides all of the necessary tools, while the client provides all of the products to be personalized. Depending on the surface and desired permanence, Joy will recommend the calligraphy style and technique best suited for customization (be it traditional calligraphy, hand lettering, engraving or hot foiling).
ENGRAVING on WINE Bottles, fragrance bottles or stemware
Starting at $50 (CAD) for a single item, with reduced pricing for multiple units. Please note that, for safety reasons, Joy does not engrave on pressurized bottles (such as champagne or beer).
PRESS KIT & PRODUCT PERSONALIZATION
Joy is available to customize boxes and cards, as well as products. She can personalize a wide variety of surfaces, including glass, metal, leather, fabric and more. Please contact her directly to discuss your project and receive a quote.
HANDWRITTEN NOTES & CARDS
Starting at $1/word for English texts and $0.25 per character for French texts.

Starting at $175 (CAD) plus printing fees
CERTIFICATE FILL-INS
Priced per unit, based on design, text and required turnaround time. Please contact Joy to obtain a quote, detailing what information you need written on each certificate.
Place cards
Starting at $4.00 (CAD) each
+ Please contact Joy for a quote for calligraphy or engraving on non-traditional surfaces (glass, metal, stones, leaves etc).
SEATING / ESCORT cards
$4.50/card for one name, family (ie: The Smith Family) or couple (Mr. and Mrs. John Smith) plus “Table __”
$6.00/card for two full names plus table number
+ Add $0.75 for folded place card (2" x 3")
+ Add $0.25 per unit for the word "table" written in calligraphy
+ Add $0.25 per item for coloured or metallic ink
Table cards
Starting at $6.00 (CAD) each for numerals and $10.00 (CAD) each for word or number spelled out in script. 5”x7” white card stock included.
envelopes
Starting at $6.00 (CAD) each
+ Add $0.25/unit for coloured or metallic ink
+ Add $0.75/unit for coloured or lined envelopes
+ Add $1.25 (CAD) for each additional line
Please note that a standard envelope is 4 lines (recipient, street address, city/province and postal code. Foreign country names do not count as an extra line.
All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars, and services are subject to federal and provincial sales tax (GST/QST).
